Job Title: Junior Business Developer (Digital Power) - Graduate Program

Job Location: Rijswijk, Netherlands

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients: C&I and utility projects customers;
• Develop and maintain client relationships;
• Coordinate with solution teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals;
• Conduct ongoing market research and establish the relationship with all the different stakeholders on the ecosystem: associations, customers, partners, EPC etc. Gather useful information from data;
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline;
• Drive the end-to-end sales process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Experience/knowledge of driving channel sales within the pv industry / solar inverter would be a plus.
• Driven, highly motivated and passionate about solar.
• Knowledge about engagement with customer.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal with people from different countries & cultures.
• Project operation skills.
