About the role

As a valued member of a dynamic and multinational team, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse environment, collaborate with colleagues all around the world and contribute to important projects that impact our global business.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordination of your own business portfolio of reinsurance treaties, contract administration and data entry
  • Monitoring the End to End processes, coordination of pending tasks, scheduling of meetings and ad hoc tasks
  • Composition of various kind of outcomes (Power point – for client visits or conferences, Excel Spreadsheets, etc.) and possible participation in projects and initiatives
  • Communication and collaboration within the team and other departments globally, acting as the main point of contact for our Stakeholders
  • Daily use of Swiss Re tools, applications and the MS office package

About the team

You will be an important part of a friendly team within a company with strong global presence and good reputation The team consists of young professionals willing to learn and drive the business, improve efficiency and quickly react to the needs of the changing reinsurance environment. Our overall responsibility is coordinating the heart of Reinsurance business run by European Branches, as Business Services are the port of call for our internal clients and for all administrative tasks.

About you

We are looking for a reliable, self-driven and open-minded student, able to focus on details and prioritize, with a bilingual proficiency and, most importantly, a great teammate

Essentials:

  • University student – day study
  • Proficiency in English language – level B2
  • Proficiency in Spanish or Italian – level B1/ B2
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Availability to work for 80 hours per month with long term commitment

For Slovakia the base salary for this position is 7 EUR / gross / hour.
