We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our Software Development team as an Individual Contributor (F1 level) The role focuses on supporting Salesforce initiatives, particularly within Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud, contributing to requirement analysis, process optimization, and solution delivery.
Analyze, document, and clarify functional and technical requirements for Salesforce-related projects.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to support solution implementation and testing.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and translate business needs into clear specifications.
Support configuration and enhancement activities within Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud
Track progress of assigned tasks and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Provide ongoing support to improve existing business processes.
12 years of experience as a Junior Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud
Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and results orientation.
Experience or understanding of the Energy & Utilities sector.
