Job Description

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings to understand business processes and challenges.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Create process maps, workflows, and business process documentation using industry best practices.
• Assist senior Business Analysts with solution design and requirement refinement.

Manufacturing & Inventory Support

• Analyze manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support initiatives focused on inventory accuracy, production efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation, cycle count analysis, and inventory reporting.
• Understand and document processes related to:
• Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Production Orders
• Inventory Transactions
• Material Movements
• Warehouse Operations
• Purchase Orders
• Material Planning

ERP & Systems Support

• Support ERP enhancement projects and system implementations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to clarify business requirements.
• Assist in preparing functional specifications and business documentation.
• Participate in solution reviews and design discussions.
• Help identify opportunities to automate manual business processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Monitor manufacturing and inventory KPIs.
• Prepare recurring business reports for leadership.
• Support data validation and quality improvement initiatives.

Testing & Implementation

• Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional testing for new system enhancements.
• Document testing results and report issues.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve defects.
• Support software deployments and implementation activities.

Documentation & Training

• Create business process documentation and user guides.
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist with training end users on new system features and business processes.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.

Project Support

• Assist Senior Business Analysts with planning and coordination activities.
• Participate in project meetings and status updates.
• Track action items and follow up with stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in:

• Computer Science
• Engineering
• Business Administration
• Or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Internship, co-op, capstone, or academic project experience is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
