THE BACKGROUND
For one of our key clients based in Luxembourg, a major EU financial institution, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst (Junior) to join a team working at the intersection of finance, governance, and software development
The role is based onsite in Luxembourg, therefore local presence is required
YOUR MISSION
As Business Analyst, your responsibilities will be as follows:
Provide business analysis support to the team, focusing on documentation, structuring, and formalization of the Target Operating Model, business processes, requirements, and related deliverables.
Support Senior Business Analysts in preparing high-quality, structured documentation
Assist in creating process descriptions, requirements, use cases, and analysis outputs
Ensure all business inputs and documentation are clear, complete, traceable, and aligned with programme standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, structure, and formalize information
Work towards consistency and quality across all deliverables
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
Strong ability to structure and document business information
Proven experience (minimum 1 year, typically 1–3 years) in business analysis, documentation or project support roles for sourcing and procurement services
Experience supporting workshops and capturing business inputs
Experience working in structured project environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, clear and consistent documentation
Strong analytical and structuring skill
Ability to translate business discussions into structured and usable outputs
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inputs and deliverables
Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
Ability to work under the guidance of Senior Business Analysts while ensuring reliability and consistency of outputs
NICE TO HAVE
2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis or project environments
Experience in documenting business processes, requirements or structured deliverables
Exposure to ERP or finance-related projects is an asset
Knowledge of Business analysis and documentation practices
Process documentation and requirements structuring techniques
Good understanding of ERP concepts and core finance processes
Structured ways of working in project or programme environments
