About the Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping shape our contract wording tool. You'll learn how to gather requirements, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to Al-enabled features that enhance contract analysis and user productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for our contract wording software
• Support the liaison between business users and development teams, helping translate requirements into actionable user stories
• Create documentation for technical solutions, data models, and implementations
• Work with QA teams to help define acceptance criteria for new features
• Support UI/UX efforts to ensure a smooth user experience across the tool
• Assist in identifying Al use cases and automation opportunities that align with product strategy
• Help manage the product backlog and participate in the prioritization of features
• Engage in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

About the Team

The Wording Insigh s team is an international team of 40 professionals dedicated to developing and enhancing software specializing in contracts and wording. We bridge business needs and technical solutions, continuously improving our tool to deliver meaningful value to users. Our current focus includes evolving Al-enabled capabilities to enhance contract analysis, user productivity, and decision-making.

About You

You're a curious and analytical student who enjoys solving complex problems and working in collaborative environments. You have strong communication skills and a keen interest in understanding how technology can address business challenges. Your ability to organize information and attention to detail will help you thrive in this role.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good communication abilities and proficiency in English
• Basic understanding of software development processes or business analysis concepts
• Ability to organize information and present it clearly to different audiences

These are additional nice to haves:

• Previous internship or project experience in business analysis or requirements gathering
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of project management or collaboration tools like Azure DevOps or Confluence
• Interest in Al technologies and their business applications
• Understanding of insurance industry concepts or contract review processes
