Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated Junior Business Analyst (ERP):

Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of structured business documentation, including process descriptions, requirements, use cases, and analysis outputs, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Assist in capturing and formalising business needs by working closely with Senior Business Analysts and stakeholders across different functional streams.
  • Document and analyse business processes and capabilities, contributing to the definition of a solution‑agnostic Target Operating Model.
  • Ensure traceability and quality of requirements and deliverables, maintaining clear links between business inputs, analysis outputs, and programme decisions.
  • Support the translation of business models into detailed requirements, contributing to procurement activities and ERP/system integrator selection.
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong ability to structure, analyse, and document business information in a clear and consistent manner
  • Proven professional experience (minimum 1 year, typically 1–3 years) in business analysis
  • Experience supporting workshops and accurately capturing, consolidating, and formalising business inputs
  • Experience working within structured project environments, following defined methodologies and standards
  • Demonstrated experience in documenting business processes, requirements, and structured deliverables
  • General understanding and exposure to ERP concepts and core finance processes
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (PSPO I) or CBAP will be considered as an asset.
  • Previous experience in financial institutions will be an asset
  • Excellent knowledge of English equal to C1 level or above
