AusIMM is seeking a curious, organised and detail-focused Junior Business Analyst to support the continual improvement of our CRM, member-facing digital platforms, reporting and emerging AI-enabled business capabilities.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career business analyst, project support professional, data analyst or technology-focused graduate who enjoys working with people, systems and information to solve practical business problems.
Working within our Technical Programs team, you will help gather and document requirements, map processes, support CRM and platform improvements, assist with testing, and contribute to better data, reporting and digital experiences for members, customers and staff.
You will also support AusIMM’s responsible adoption of AI and automation by helping document use cases, data needs, testing outcomes and user guidance.
You may be a recent graduate, early-career business analyst, project coordinator, IT support professional, data analyst or customer operations specialist looking to build your capability in business analysis, CRM, digital products, reporting and AI enablement.
To be successful, you will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking and a practical approach to solving problems. You will enjoy learning new systems, working with different stakeholders and turning business needs into clear, useful documentation.
