We are currently looking for a Business Analyst who has demonstrated ability to perform detailed requirements analysis from people, process and technology perspective, with a customer-focused mindset.

Position Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• 
  Effectively communicate with business owners (BO)/customers to understand their business processes, requirements, needs, concerns, and problems to build project roadmap as well as requirement specifications.
• 
  Lead requirements analysis, validation, verification and approval. Making sure that requirements are complete, consistent, feasible and verifiable.
• 
  Contribute ideas to maximize usability and bring excellent customer experience product by using strong business analysis skills and user-centric mindset.
• 
  Act as a bridge to identify and manage gaps between actual implementation and BO’s expectations.
• 
  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations, plans and reports.

Secondary Responsibilities

• 
  Act as the point of contact to coordinate and communicate project’s status to all stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• 
  Work with Project Managers to eliminate blockers, analyze risks/opportunities and assist with schedule management.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• 
  Have at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordination
• 
  Must have a good understanding of the software development life cycle.
• 
  Must have good English communication skill, able to discuss technical matters and converse with colleagues from around the world.
• 
  Good experience in BA or a similar position. Experiences as Developers or Testers are also acceptable.
• 
  Good knowledge in software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• 
  Good understanding of mobile apps, websites or backend systems.
• 
  Experience in UI/UX is a plus.
• 
  Experience in dealing with global customers is a plus.
• 
  Any related certification is a plus.
