Keyrus are searching for an ambitious Junior Business Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team in Asia.

Who You Are:

• Eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic, diverse, and fast-paced environment across various industries.

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Familiarity with financial/multi-dimensional modelling, data analytics, or business intelligence concepts.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Passionate about numbers, solving mathematical puzzles, and uncovering cause-effect relationships.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with an advantage if proficient in additional languages.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and enthusiastic about working with new technologies.

• Willingness to travel and collaborate in a multi-cultural environment.

What You Will Do:

• Demonstrate technical expertise in software implementations, including activities such as field-to-field data mapping, conversion validation, system and security configuration, and testing.

• Assist in user requirements analysis, facilitate business process design sessions, and identify gaps and reporting risk areas as part of an implementation team.

• Maintain a client-focused approach, driving consensus and project-related decisions.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to deliver successful and sustainable solutions.

• Communicate clearly at all levels—managerial, technical, and user.

• Understand priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones.
