Job Description


Objective:

  • Responsible for analyzing business data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, and analyzing business requirements to identify the area of improvement.

  • Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.

  • Write BRDs, SRSs, FRSs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

  • Perform detailed functional and non-functional solution requirements specifications.

  • Collaborate with the UX team to ensure UX design aligns completely with documented business requirements.

  • Work closely with the developers and QC engineers to clarify requirements or business concerns raised within the development lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders on the solution scope, business value, solution design, requirements, and identified risks.

  • Report project/task status to the business analysis manager.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field.

  • Min. 1-3 years of experience as business analyst and preferably within the financial sector.

  • Knowledge of technical writing capabilities with advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

  • Understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.

  • Familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus.

  • Aware with the issue-tracking tools, such as Jira.

  • Fluent in English spoken and written.
