We are looking for a Junior BA to support our Projects Managers in day‑to‑day activities related to project planning, monitoring and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop a career in project management, enjoys working with data and processes, and feels comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting Project Managers in day‑to‑day project activities (project set‑up, plan updates, preparation of meeting materials).
• Preparing regular project status reports (progress, risks, issues) in line with PMO standards.
• Updating and maintaining project documentation (plans, risk logs, decision and change registers).
• Monitoring project timelines and milestones and tracking completion of project tasks.
• Consolidating project data from various sources for reporting and decision‑making purposes.
• Supporting the organization of project meetings (scheduling, agenda, minutes, action items).
• Ensuring projects follow the PMO methodology, processes and templates.

Requirements

• University degree or during studies (preferred fields: management, economics, administration, engineering or related).
• Strong interest in project management and willingness to develop within PMO.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and experience in preparing presentations (e.g. PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail, good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and readiness to work with different teams and stakeholders.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Proficient in English (C1/C2 level).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent command of MS Office Suite.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in presenting results and insights effectively.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
