Job Description

About this position To strengthen our Brand Protection team of the “Consumer Brands” business division, we are looking for a motivated professional who will contribute to the protection and enforcement of our intellectual property rights. This role combines administrative, operational, and coordination responsibilities within an international brand protection environment and involves close collaboration with internal functions and external partners.

What you'll do

  • Maintain brand protection files, databases, and tracking systems, and prepare reports, presentations, and management updates
  • Monitor and administer brand protection cases, investigations, and enforcement activities
  • Conduct research, fact-finding activities, and evidence collection related to trademark infringements, counterfeit products, and unauthorized use of brand assets
  • Coordinate product verification activities in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Production & Supply Chain and Quality Control
  • Create and maintain product authentication guides, reference materials, and knowledge resources supporting brand protection efforts
  • Collaborate with external service providers, investigators, legal counsel, customs authorities, and online platforms to support enforcement initiatives
  • Handling time-sensitive matters while delivering timely, thoughtful, and qualitative responses
  • Prepare and manage case-related documentation and assist with online takedown processes
  • Continuously develop product, brand, and market knowledge while supporting awareness and training initiatives related to intellectual property protection

What makes you a good fit

  • Completed qualification in a legal, business, or related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a Paralegal in Intellectual Property or Brand Protection, gained either in-house or at a law firm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with internet and database research
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, combined with a structured and self-driven approach to work
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
