About the department


You will join our Branding and Design team, supporting Coloplast’s global brand experience across all markets. Based in Denmark and Poland, we collaborate closely with marketing, digital and regional stakeholders to set brand standards, enable a unified brand experience at scale, and strengthen trust and loyalty among employees, users and customers. It’s a collaborative, international setup where clarity, helpfulness and consistency matter.

About the role


As a Junior Brand Operations Specialist, you will help ensure that our brand tools and platforms run smoothly and are easy to use. You will support colleagues across Coloplast so they can work confidently with brand assets and systems. The role combines hands on system administration mainly in Bynder, Ampler, SharePoint, and Versionizer with user support and day to day coordination. You will be a go to person for questions, onboarding new users, and keeping our brand platforms tidy, up to date, and well maintained. You will also support brand and communication initiatives by helping with newsletters, contact lists, and practical coordination that engages employees across locations in brand activities. In addition, you will contribute to a variety of projects across the Branding and Design team and provide operational support where needed.

Your responsibilities

  • Shared inbox & coordination: Act as a point of contact for Branding & Design mailbox, coordinate next steps, and facilitate quick alignment on priorities.
  • Support brand initiatives: Help create internal communication, maintain channels and trackers, and support smooth project execution with key stakeholders.
  • Manage brand asset tools: Grant access, upload and curate assets, cleaning up files, and update guidelines. Train contributors and support ongoing maintenance (Bynder, Ampler, Versionizer).
  • Support marketing teams: Handle asset requests and help ensure brand compliance across deliverables.
  • Technical frontline support: Resolve brand related questions and issues via POB/shared mailbox, run technical checks, and support approvals to ensure consistency.
  • Operational service support: Coordinate brand assets and branding activities to support the wider organisation.
  • Support creative project management: Track timelines, coordinate resources and help deliver on time.

  • Proactive problem solver: You spot issues early and suggest practical improvements to tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, IT or related field.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Confident with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams; FigJam is a plus).
  • Strong service mindset and willingness to guide others.

Good to have

  • Up to 2 years’ experience in marketing, content management, user support or similar (incl. internships/entry level).
  • Basic Adobe/Figma knowledge (or interest in learning technical checks).
  • Familiarity with storage solutions or DAM systems (e.g., Bynder, Ampler).
  • Exposure to global/international collaboration and email communication tools.
