How you will contribute:
As a Junior Brand Manager, you'll be a key part of our team, learning and growing as you go! You'll team up with different departments to help build and launch our brand strategies. You'll also assist in creating ideas for our sales plans and support the development and execution of exciting marketing campaigns. Your work will help us meet our targets for sales, profit, and market share, and you'll monitor how well our efforts are performing.
We're looking for someone with a curious mind, strong analytical thinking, and a passion for brands. These qualities will be essential as you explore consumer insights, understand market trends, and help shape Prince Polo's future, contributing directly to our business growth.
What you will bring:
A strong desire to grow and learn within the brand marketing field.
Some initial experience in brand marketing, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
A curious and analytical mind, balanced with a creative spark for new ideas.
Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
An understanding of market research tools (like Nielsen) and an eagerness to develop data analysis skills.
Fluency in both Polish and English, essential for our international yet locally focused team.
