Education


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or any related course
Background in  branding, sales, or commercial roles is preferred

Qualifications


Proven experience in brand management, device marketing, or telecom environments
Strong exposure to end-to-end device launches, from vendor coordination to commercial deployment
Solid working knowledge of  pricing, business cases (BC/FYA), and competitive analysis
Experience working cross-functionally with  Vendors, Finance, Procurement, Channel Development, IT, Inventory, and Sales teams
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage  checklists, timelines, and approvals
Proficient in  Excel and documentation tools, especially for pricing models, projections, and reports
Strong communication skills for  stakeholder alignment, advisories, and launch communications
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Duties and Responsibilities


Lead and manage postpaid device launches in alignment with vendor and commercial timelines
Coordinate with device vendors to secure  product specifications, testing units, launch assets, pricing details, and marketing materials
Prepare, validate, and secure approval for  pricing business cases (BCs) covering device plans, promotions, and channel-specific offers
Conduct  competitive benchmarking (e.g., Globe and other telco offers) to support pricing and positioning decisions
Request and manage  matcodes, Optima images, handset matrices, and pricing deployments across systems (Optima, CSP, OLS)
Ensure timely  pricing and system deployment by coordinating requirements with SOPs and IT teams
Oversee creation and approval of  launch communication materials, including KVs, specs sheets, advisories, and digital assets
Manage  in-store and digital deployment of device merchandising and promotional materialsPrepare and publish LIT advisories to signal device readiness for selling across channels
Monitor  device sales performance and inventory levels, coordinating with Inventory and ROS teams for forecasts and replenishment
Handle  vendor management, including negotiations for pricing support, freebies, brand ambassadors, and launch supportManage demo unit requests, deployment plans, and approvals in coordination with RMM and IBSPPrepare admin BCs and FYAs for annual device-related operational expenses (e.g., demo units, paperbags, PSAF)
Support  device move-out activities for end-of-life units, including price-down initiatives and inventory reallocation
Lead or support strategic projects (e.g., trade-in programs, financing initiatives, special vendor projects) as assigned
