What you will do
Women’s Health & Baby (o.b.®, Carefree & Penaten)
This position reports into Director Women’s Health & Baby Hub Central Europe and is based in Neuss, Germany
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the team lead in managing a brand across multiple countries
- Close cooperation with markets, regional teams to ensure end to end project ownership
- Independent execution of projects (also cross-functional and cross-country)
- Management of operational marketing to achieve quantitative and qualitative brand goals (incl. budget management)
- Initiation of market research projects, analysis of market and panel data
- Expansion of the brand-specific e-commerce strategy
- Close cooperation with external agencies to implement Advertising & Communication Strategies in Above- and Below-the-Line activities
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in business administration with a focus on marketing
- First professional/internship experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or OTC industry
- International experience through internships or studies desirable
- Very good conceptual as well as analytical skills and strong in presentations/storytelling
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Confident handling of operational and organizational complexity (e.g. in a matrix organization)
- Intercultural competence and outstanding communication skills
- Strong project management skills even in complex situations and under time pressure
- Business fluent in German and English
- Confident in the use of MS Office
