We have an excellent opportunity for a talented Junior Brand Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave. You will join our Nordics HQ in central Stockholm and make a difference at Kraft Heinz Nordics. The role sits within the Nordic business unit. You’ll be working in a high-performing team and will report directly to our Head of Marketing & Commercial, Nordics. There will also be a strong interface with our EPDM team based in the Netherlands and the UK. Get ready for an exciting journey driving one of the most iconic brands.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process of launching new products, acting as the focal point for cross-border and local collaboration, including Sales, Category, S&OP, Finance, etc.
• Support innovations, renovations, and line extensions in line with the overall company strategy and support the sales team with sell-in during trade windows
• Serve as the first point of contact for external agencies to design and develop POS materials and plan shopper activation campaigns
• Work with field sales partners to plan and implement shopper activation across sales cycles.
• Develop strong relationships with distributors to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of marketing and innovation plans
• Forecast, allocation, and track marketing spending and budget to optimize marketing investments
• Support brand days and innovation workshops with key business partners to align on joint business plans

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in Marketing or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing and innovation, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Creative thinking to generate fresh brand and campaign ideas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey clear brand messaging
• Adaptability and learning agility in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with cross-functional partners
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient mindset—takes initiative, ensures consistency, and handles setbacks well
