Key Responsibilities

  Daily bank processing and dashboard reporting
• 
  Creditors processing, invoice matching, and reconciliations
• 
  Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
• 
  Debtor receipt allocations
• 
  Returns and credit note administration
• 
  Capturing supplier payments and payment preparation
• 
  VAT capture and reconciliation preparation
• 
  Petty cash and cash receipt processing
• 
  Fixed asset register maintenance
• 
  Month-end support and finance administration

All work is reviewed by senior finance staff, requiring a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.
