By being part of this team, you will work in a hybrid setup, from Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, at our office in Iasi.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate;

• Comply with the standards, procedures and policies, as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., regulations related to recoveries of debit balances);

• Execute transactions;

• With minimal direction, enter data and retrieve information from group specific system;

• Audit own data entry for accuracy & make needed corrections

• Conduct data verification;

• File, archive and retrieve documents (paper-based and electronic) using filing standards;

• Produce standard correspondence by following existing templates. Adhere to client formatting and quality standards. Proof and edit work for syntax, grammar and punctuation;

• Respond to information requests by searching, summarizing research results and compiling in requested form.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Italian (B2–C1);

• Intermediate proficiency in English (B2);

• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with internal systems and documentation tools;

• Ability to comply with defined procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal policies;

• Ability to perform operational tasks such as data entry, transaction execution, data verification, and document management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior banking or financial services knowledge;

• Experience using Microsoft Excel;

• Previous experience in operations, back-office processing, or data-focused roles;

• Ability to work proactively and independently;

• Bachelor’s degree.
