NautaDutilh' s banking and capital markets team combines domestic know-how and international scope covering the full range of banking and finance work. Our deals go from straight forward to complex structuring (acquisition financing, securitisations, bond issues, IPOs).

Your profile

• You have a first experience in Banking & Finance law - Capital Markets, preferably in a Luxembourg law firm
• You hold a U.E. law degree, LL.M or equivalent in Banking & Finance law would be an additional asset
• You have strong analytical and drafting skills, are open-minded, dynamic, and able to work autonomously
• You like challenges and aspire to progress in a stimulating, energic and powerful working environment
• You are team-player and have very good communication and interpersonal skills
• You have a very good command of English
