Job Description

This role operates in English as the working language, collaborating with customers and partners from various regions who conduct their business in English. You will engage with companies across multiple markets through remote B2B channels — such as phone, email, web interactions, and virtual meetings — supporting them in identifying the right solutions while representing a trusted leader in the industry.

Tasks

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and research potential B2B clients who may benefit from our solutions, ensuring a strong and well-targeted sales pipeline.
  • Outbound Sales Outreach: Engage prospects through phone calls, email, web-based interactions, and other digital channels to generate interest and initiate sales conversations.
  • Present Value Propositions: Clearly communicate the advantages and business impact of our products and services to potential customers.
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Develop and maintain productive relationships with key contacts and decision-makers across various industries.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of activities, opportunities, and communications in the CRM system.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and sales operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Execute outbound strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to support effective outreach.
  • Gather Customer Insights: Collect feedback from prospects and clients to help refine sales approaches and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

What You'll Need

  • Some college training; BA degree preferred but not essential.
  • Organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
