They are currently seeking a Junior B-BBEE Transformation Specialist to support client mandates, transformation advisory projects, compliance initiatives, and reporting requirements. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced transformation specialists, supporting the delivery of B-BBEE advisory services, scorecard assessments, compliance reviews, reporting, and transformation initiatives for a diverse client portfolio.
This role requires someone with strong analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in developing expertise within the B-BBEE and transformation consulting space.
B-BBEE Advisory Support:
Assist with B-BBEE assessments, scorecard reviews, gap analysis, and the development of transformation improvement recommendations.
Compliance & Reporting:
Support the preparation of B-BBEE verification documentation, compliance reports, transformation dashboards, and client submissions.
Technical Research:
Stay updated on B-BBEE legislation, Codes of Good Practice, Sector Codes, and regulatory developments to support accurate client advice.
Client Support:
Engage with clients professionally, gather required information, provide project updates, and assist with transformation-related queries.
Data Analysis & Documentation:
Analyse client information, validate supporting evidence, maintain accurate records, and contribute to transformation reporting processes.
Project Delivery:
Support senior consultants with transformation projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
Continuous Learning:
Build technical expertise across B-BBEE pillars, including ownership, management control, skills development, enterprise and supplier development, and socio-economic development.
Our client is looking for an ambitious transformation professional with a strong foundation in B-BBEE consulting, compliance, or related advisory work.
Professional Experience:
2–5 years’ experience within B-BBEE advisory, transformation consulting, compliance, HR transformation, ESG, or a related consulting environment.
B-BBEE Knowledge:
Solid understanding of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, scorecards, verification processes, and transformation principles.
Client Exposure:
Experience supporting client engagements, preparing reports, and working with business stakeholders.
Educational Background:
A relevant qualification in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Law, Human Resources, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field would be advantageous.
Technical Capability:
Strong Excel, reporting, analytical, and documentation skills with the ability to interpret legislation and apply requirements practically.
Attention to Detail:
Strong accuracy and quality focus when reviewing documentation, evidence, and compliance requirements.
Analytical Thinking:
Ability to interpret data, identify gaps, and support practical transformation solutions.
Communication Skills:
Professional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams.

A proactive individual who is eager to expand technical expertise and grow within a specialist consulting environment.
