The Junior Avionics Engineer supports the research, evaluation, integration, certification, and sustainment of avionics systems across for both civil type certified and military non-type certified aircraft. Working under the guidance of senior engineering staff, the incumbent contributes to aircraft modification programs, avionics system upgrades, and fleet modernization initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, airworthiness, and operational requirements.
The role assists in the development and implementation of modifications, including the preparation of technical documentation, engineering analyses, system integration activities, and certification support. The Junior Avionics Engineer also participates in the evaluation and selection of commercial and military avionics systems, supporting the integration of communications, navigation, flight instruments, and mission systems.
The Junior Avionics Engineer helps deliver safe, reliable, and effective technical solutions that support current and future operational requirements.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to develop expertise in avionics system integration, aircraft certification and military capability development.
