Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) is an international real estate investment manager with expertise in the equity and debt sectors, a global platform with 360+ employees across 15 offices and assets totaling EUR 26.2 billion as of June 2025. Savills IM offers comprehensive asset and fund management services in the form of individual mandates and fund solutions for a broad spectrum of investors. Investment profiles range from core to value-add and include diversified, regional, and sector-specific strategies.

Our German team consists of 60+ employees in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich and manages assets of around EUR 7 billion in 14 European countries on behalf of institutional investors.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Managing various finance topics for real estate funds and companies alongside the senior fund finance manager

• Overseeing and reconciling accounting / regulatory reporting from external providers

• Supporting audit processes

• Preparing committee papers

• Following up on corporate matters for funds & subsidiaries

• Managing tax-related topics together with internal/external tax specialists

• Administering bank financing and cash management

• Projects and ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements

• Relevant work experience, e.g. at an audit or tax advisory firm, real estate fund manager

• University degree (bachelor or master) in economics or finance with good academic track record
  or similar education (e.g. as tax assistant)

• Good communication skills, very good German & advanced written and spoken English language skills

• Generic interest in finance and real estate

• Advanced Microsoft office skills

• Team player, able to interface with other internal and external stakeholders

• Curious about new tasks and has a proactive and thorough attitude
