JUNIOR ASSOCIATE - FINANCE OPERATIONS

• Manage end-to-end vendor payment processes, coordinating with banks to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation, ensuring compliance with audit requirements
• Update and maintain trackers, data sheets, and SharePoint files to ensure timely access to accurate financial data for decision-making.
• Ensure proper filing, dispatching, and organization of financial documents (AR files) to maintain easy access and compliance with company standards.
• Actively engage in cross-training opportunities, supporting team knowledge sharing and achieving training milestones.
• Assist in gathering and organizing performance-related data, supporting management in reviewing key financial metrics and performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or part-qualified in CIMA, CA, ACCA or a degree in relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 passes at GCE O/L, including a "C" grade in Mathematics.
• Minimum 1-year experience in finance side.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Sound knowledge in SAP will be definite advantage
