Job Purpose and Impact

As a Junior Associate – Ethics & Compliance Technology Analyst, you will support the digital and automation initiatives within Cargill’s Ethics & Compliance (E&C) organization. Working under supervision, you will assist in developing low-code solutions, building routine workflow automations, and supporting data dashboards that enhance compliance operations and risk monitoring. This early-career role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise technologies while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Application Development: Support the design, configuration, and testing of basic applications using Microsoft Power Apps under senior team guidance.
  • Process Automation: Assist in automating routine operational workflows using Power Automate and related low-code tools.
  • Data Visualization & Metrics: Collaborate in creating, updating, and maintaining basic Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize compliance metrics and support decision-making.
  • Requirements & Testing: Assist in testing digital tools, gathering basic user requirements, and documenting system workflows.
  • Training & Communication: Support employee training and communication materials related to digital compliance tools.
  • Technical Support: Help troubleshoot routine technical issues within assigned tools, escalating complex cases to senior team members.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (recently graduated or final-year students eligible).
  • 1+ years of experience, including internships, academic project work, or early professional experience in a technical or systems support role.
  • Practical exposure or academic/internship experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous learning mindset.
  • High level of integrity and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Preferred

  • Basic familiarity with Agile concepts or project collaboration tools.
  • General interest in artificial intelligence, copilots, or digital transformation.
