We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering AI-driven solutions. This permanent position focuses on building and integrating AI capabilities into our products, starting with document processing and expanding to various AI use cases in the future. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, a quick learner, and technically adept, with a strong ability to work across multiple systems and data sources. While prior experience in AI or machine learning is a plus, it is not mandatory.

You Will:

• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex business and technical challenges related to AI-driven solutions.
• Develop innovative approaches to integrate AI capabilities into existing business processes and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product) to ensure successful implementation of AI features.
• Write and maintain scripts in SQL or Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support AI workflows.
• Understand and contribute to data schema design, data modeling, and integration strategies for AI systems.
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI models and pipelines.
• Support integration of AI features with existing non-AI products, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements for AI-driven functionalities.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for AI solutions and integrations.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment on AI use cases and priorities.

Documentation & Reporting

• Document business processes, workflows, and technical specifications for AI features and integrations.
• Assist in creating and maintaining the product backlog for AI-related initiatives.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate progress and insights from AI implementations.

Qualifications

You Have:

• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex business and technical problems.
• Solid experience working as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or in a similar hybrid role.
• Good understanding of data flows, system integrations, and multi‑system environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements and workflows.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working comfortably with engineering, product, and data teams.
• A proactive approach to learning new technologies, especially in the AI and automation space.

Beneficial (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience working with AI/ML products, models, or data pipelines.
• Familiarity with vector databases, LLMs, or document processing AI tools.
• Experience with data modeling, schema design, or ETL pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, or integration patterns.
• Background in workflow automation or intelligent document processing.
• Experience in agile delivery environments and backlog management.
• Ability to create dashboards or reports to track AI feature performance or adoption.
• Knowledge of Python.
