🔎 About the Role

As a Junior Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a key support pillar for our Restaurant leadership team. You will supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring our guests receive world-class service while maintaining strict compliance with our quality standards. This is an ideal role for an ambitious supervisor looking to take the next step in their management career within a dynamic, high-volume 5-star environment.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Supervise floor service during meal periods to ensure every guest is met with a smile and personal recognition.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across service areas.

  • Manage daily logs, checklists, and staff attendance for payroll submission.

  • Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager on daily operational needs.

  • Monitor par stocks and implement strict controls to minimize wastage, breakage, and misuse of supplies.

  • Innovate procedures to optimize covers and labor productivity while minimizing F&B costs.

  • Orient, train, and motivate the service team to ensure full compliance with RIU grooming and service standards.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Restaurant operations, with at least 1–2 years of experience in a Senior Captain or Supervisory role within a 4 or 5-star hotel.

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and a "hands-on" approach to floor management. Ability to handle guest feedback professionally and implement immediate solutions.

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.

  • Other Requirements: Strong command of English and Thai (spoken and written) is essential.
