Job Description

Location: Kandla, Gujarat
Your Responsibilities

The Junior Executive – Supply Chain will be responsible for handling MIS activities, ERP contracting, procurement documentation, logistics coordination, dispatch operations, and inventory management related to finished goods, loose oil, and packing materials. The role requires close coordination with internal teams, tolling locations, transporters, and vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations at Kandla. MIS & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports for Finished Goods (FG) and Loose Oil inward and outward movement.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting for supply chain transactions.

ERP Operations

• Execute Sales Contracting in ERP system.
• Execute Purchase Contracting in ERP system.
• Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) for Finished Goods.
• Handle Purchase MRN (Material Receipt Notes), BPA, and Payment Advice in ERP.

Logistics & Dispatch

• Plan and manage logistics arrangements for all tolling locations at Kandla.
• Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of goods to and from all tolling locations.
• Liaise with transporters for vehicle placement, scheduling, and documentation.

Inventory Management

• Manage Packing Material inventory for RYSA, ensuring optimum stock levels.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and replenishment of packing materials.
• Track consumption and reconcile inventory records.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate closely with the ADM Team and Tolling Location Teams for operational alignment.
• Follow up with transporters to resolve logistics-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for packing material supply, quality, and delivery timelines.

Your Profile

• A Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations, preferably in FMCG, Edible Oil, sectors.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Behavioral Skills

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation practices.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach.
