Job Title: Junior Assistant General Manager

đ About the Role
This position is part of our RIU talent development program, designed to fast-track recent graduates from top hospitality schools into leadership positions. As a Junior Assistant General Manager, you will be immersed in the core hotel operations, mentored by experienced leaders, and progressively take on responsibilities that prepare you for future senior management roles.
đ What Youâll Do
Support the General Manager in daily hotel operations to maintain exceptional service standards.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth coordination across all functions.
Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and basic financial planning under supervision.
Participate in talent development and team motivation initiatives.
Foster a culture of service, teamwork, and guest-centric values.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations.
Uphold RIUâs brand values and guest experience standards.

Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management or a related field from a reputable institution.
Limited professional experience (internships or short-term assignments are welcome).
A strong desire to grow into a hotel leadership role within the international hospitality industry.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
A flexible, hands-on attitude and the ability to adapt to multicultural environments.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish is highly valued.
