10:10 Games is an independent development studio based in the heart of Warrington, UK. 10:10 Games saw its first release in 2024 with Funko Fusion and is now gearing up for future growth with new and exciting IPs.

About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Asset Artist to join our exciting team. Being part of a small team, we are looking for a Junior who has a desire to collaborate with a committed development team. Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic team players who are eager to learn and develop in our new studio.

This role is fixed term until June 2027.

What You’ll Do

• Work within the Asset Art team creating accurate 3D models within our specifications
• Create assets by using a pre-made modular kit to fit our art style
• Take the assets we create and set them up in engine with some gameplay elements
• Be guided and mentored by our Senior Asset Artist and trained in our art style
• Work and collaborate with all other departments to achieve a cohesive vision for the project

What We’re Looking For

• High proficiency in Maya and Substance Painter or equivalent packages
• Experience with Zbrush
• Experience using Unreal Engine or similar engines
• Good understanding of PBR workflow
• Eagerness to learn and share skills and technologies
• Strong UV skills
• A problem solver with their own creative ideas
• Ability to convert concepts to 3D and gather their own inspiration/reference
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organisation skills

Bonus Points

• Experience in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience in setting up and creating shaders within Unreal Engine
