• 
  Develop and refine architectural concept designs that align with project objectives and client expectations.
• 
  Lead project coordination, documentation, and liaise with councils.
• 
  Guide and oversee architectural drawings and documentation for DA, CC, and CDC, ensuring compliance while mentoring junior staƯ.
• 
  Work with consultants to ensure compliance with planning regulations and site constraints.
• 
  Ensure compliance with NSW planning laws and building codes. Collaborate with the construction team to maintain design intent.
• 
  Develop architectural concept designs (by Architect) into architectural drawings in Revit.
• 
  Able to provide architectural documentation for DA, CC, and CDC, ensuring compliance with mentoring by Architect.
• 
  Able to use Escape when drawing Revit Model.

Requirements

• 
  Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 
  Basic knowledge of NSW planning regulations (training provided).
• 
  Proficiency in Revit and Enscape.
• 
  Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• 
  Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
