Why do we have this role in the organization and why do we need you

As a Junior AR and Banking Specialist for our Support HUB, you will be responsible with:

• Checking the import of the bank statements in Oracle and the accuracy of the information from Oracle with the bank statement extracted from the banking platforms
• Manually input the bank statements for the accounts that are not using the automatic upload.
• Prepare and book the journals for the transactions unreconciled by the system
• Check the information from the accounting records against those existing on the bank statements
• Issue the manual invoices based on the request forms received, according to the SLA
• Check the approval matrix for the credit notes according to the SOX control in place
• Perform any other task given by direct manager or leadership related to the responsibilities of the position or / and company compliance policies

What you will be expected to do to reach success & optimal performance:

• Contribute to team-work and knowledge sharing inside the team and organization Coordinate bank reconciliation queries with the rest of finance and operations departments to ensure a smooth close for the month end, prepare and submit specific reports for the entities that are In the portfolio.

What will make you successful now

Key skills: Oracle or another major ERP (SAP, JD Edwards, Microsoft Navision). MS Office (advanced excel skills); attention to details.

Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics is a plus; Finance/Accountancy or equivalent are a plus.

Language skills: English at proficient level
