Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the administration of the testing tool landscape, including user and role management, project setup and basic configuration
• Handling tool access requests and ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards
• Providing first- and second-level technical support to test managers, defect managers, the Test Factory and business testers for tool-related issues
• Maintaining tool documentation, user guides and training materials
• Assisting with tool integration monitoring, ensuring connections between test management, ITSM, reporting and other enterprise platforms function reliably
• Maintaining project structures, folder configurations and templates within the tools
• Supporting licence management and access compliance tracking
• Collaborating with infrastructure teams on environment provisioning and basic maintenance tasks

The knowledge I own:

• Technical affinity and interest in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise software applications
• First experience with application lifecycle management tools (e.g. ALM, Jira, Xray or comparable) is a plus
• Basic understanding of integration concepts (APIs, data flows between systems)
• Proactive, hands-on problem solver with a service-oriented mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English

Nice-to-have:

• First experience with Jira/Confluence administration
• Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell or REST API usage)
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Initial exposure to CI/CD concepts or test automation frameworks
• ITIL v4 Foundation: Service Request Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management
• Agile fundamentals: Scrum/Kanban
