📋 Tasks and responsibilities

• Join a 9-person operational team delivering OT services to internal stakeholders across areas such as power generation, trading, facility management and gas storage.
• Focus on the day-to-day continuity of several AVEVA PI environments, including monitoring, incident handling and user support.
• Take part in a rotating weekly SPOC duty and act as the first-line contact for end users during that period.
• Support the installation and configuration of servers, interfaces and client software.
• Monitor data sources and system health, perform operational checklists and contribute to incident follow-up.
• Assist users with PI calculations, analytical models (AF) and tag management.
• Provide user guidance and training on the applications.
• As your experience grows, contribute to implementation and project work such as setting up new PI interfaces, creating new data flows to AWS, writing small scripts and carrying out data migrations.
• Contribute to small custom web and application developments, mainly in .NET, HTML5 and Python.

📌 Working environment

You will work in an operational team supporting a broad internal user base. The service landscape is largely built around AVEVA PI, including historian capabilities, data calculations and the delivery of information through websites, Excel reports and external applications such as Power BI and AWS.

The platform supports more than 4,000 users and connects over 400 data sources. Most users are based in Europe, with additional usage in Latin America, the Middle East and Australia.
