These innovations undergo rigorous testing at the laboratory scale before being scaled up for industrial implementationat different partners in France and Europe OurGlassApplicationteam is currently looking for a juniorApplicationEngineer to support us in the journey fromthe identification of the market needs, the ideation and thelaboratory development tothe production and theon-site testing at client facilities. The primary objective will be totake partin the implementation of the innovative solutionsonthe field and to support laboratory activitiesand transform the innovations intotangible business successes

AsaJuniorApplicationEngineer Glass (VIE),you willreport totheGlobal Application Director Glassandbe part of theApplicationteamYou will be responsible forsupportingiton the ongoing projects focused on the glass market.

Your roleand responsibilities 

• Contribute to the implementationat industrial scale ofthe innovativesolutions and developmentsrelated to the glass industry.

• Actively participate in organizing andconductingindustrial trials (in France & Europe)

• Actively participateinthe organizationand conduct ofthefield testing of thesesolutions and developments, at customer side

• Contributetotheplanification anddevelopment of new lab methodologies,experimentalplans,conductlab tests, interpret the results,and communicate themto several stakeholderswithin the organization.

• Support ongoing CAPEX projects, continuouslyimprovelab practices and methods, writeprotocols andconductrisk assessments.

• Conductmarket research and intelligence,IP survey,identifyinginnovative ideas andopportunities for improvement andcommunicatingthem to internal and external stakeholders.

About you 

• You are eligible for V.I.E. program (EU/EEA, Monaco or French nationality, aged 18-28, and compliant with applicable national service obligations).

• You hold amaster’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials engineering or related field.

• Specialization in glass, prior internships and some knowledge of glass marketand technologiesare plus.

• Business minded,hold a business mindset and able to developtrust-basedand professional relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

• You are a data driven personProficientonMS Excel and Word and any additional knowledge in datastatisticaltools.

• You know the basics of project management andcapableto actively participate in a project, respecting the phases, milestones, deadlines and stakeholders.

• You are eager to learn from the experts around you and be autonomous when necessary.

• You have full professional proficiency in English. French or another language is a plus.

• You can start anytime betweenSeptember and December 2026
