We are looking for a Junior AP accountant who will join our Global Business Services division.

What you will own and manage in your day-to-day work at Wilhelmsen:

• Processing of non-PO and PO invoices

• Manage supplier invoice coding and administration of invoice approval workflow

• Work closely with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment queries

• Participation in month end closing activities

• Possibility to participate in projects and improvements related to standardization and automation of accounting processes

This role is a perfect challenge for you if you have:

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to think analytically

• Good combination of team playing, proactivity and willingness to develop in the finance

• Education related to economics, finance or similar will be advantageous

• Excel knowledge will be advantageous
