
We are looking for new Junior AML Officers for an ongoing project in the AML department for the next 4 months. In this role, you will contribute to sound customer due diligence and thorough KYC documentation through EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) and enhanced customer measures. The work involves gathering, assessing, and documenting information about high-risk customers, in accordance with regulations and internal guidelines.
This is a temporary full-time position, with a prompt start date and a duration through the end of the year (approx. 4 months). You will gain valuable experience in AML and KYC work in an exciting financial environment, close collaboration with experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to contribute to the fight against economic crime.
Who will you work with?
The project team consists of around 10 dedicated employees who work closely together to ensure efficient project execution. The team will work with both our Nordax and Bank Norwegian brands. Whether you join our Stockholm or Oslo office, the department you will join counts close to 20 colleagues with varied and inspiring backgrounds and expertise in anti-money laundering and customer due diligence.
Main tasks:
Review of customers and documentation of enhanced customer measures.
Process cases in accordance with established procedures.
Ensure that each customer is correctly assessed and documented in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Other KYC tasks may be assigned.
We are looking for someone who:
Has some experience from banking.
Has some experience within AML/KYC.
Has experience with documentation and reporting.
Is available to work full-time through the end of the year with a prompt start date.
Can communicate fluently in one of the Scandinavian languages and in English.
