We'relooking for a Junior AML Compliance Specialistto join our France Compliance Team and contribute to the fight against Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Fraud.
This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both AML investigations and Agent Oversight activities within a leading global payments company.
What you will do:
✅Conduct AML investigations and analyze suspicious activities
✅Support Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and regulatory reporting to TRACFIN
✅Perform quality reviews of FIU requests and other AML controls
✅Conduct transaction monitoring enhanced due diligence and risk assessments
✅Contribute to the oversight of Western Union’s agent network by conducting compliance reviews, analyzing transaction activity, andparticipatingin risk-based assessments aimed atidentifyingand mitigating compliance risks.
✅Monitor emerging AML and financial crime risks across the network and support continuous improvement of compliance controls.
Whatwe'relookingfor :
+1-year of experience in AML, Compliance, KYC, Risk or Financial Crime
Strong analytical and investigation skills
Fluent French and English (oral and written).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Interest in financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance
