Your role and responsibilities

Join us in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions that solve real business challenges. You'll work with business stakeholders and technical teams to turn innovative ideas into practical applications.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Support AI and GenAI initiatives across business functions.
• Design and develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and business solutions.
• Integrate AI services, APIs, and data sources into business processes.
• Build AI-powered automations and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and validate AI use cases.
• Participate in workshops, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Support solution testing, documentation, deployment, and adoption.

Qualifications for the role

• 0.5-2 years of experience in AI, software development, data analytics, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Python, SQL, and Git.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, and AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating AI services into business solutions.
• Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas and JSON.
• Exposure to cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a team.
• Very good English (B2+) is a must.
• AI-related projects (academic, personal, internship, or professional) are highly valued.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Power BI or Power Automate; Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform; Experience building AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, or automation solutions; Knowledge of Azure AI/Open AI and enterprise AI platforms; Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
