Position Type: Full TimeFriedman Real Estate is looking for a Junior AI Solutions Engineer to join their team in Farmington Hills, MI. You will help design, build, and deploy AI solutions for our brokerage, property management, accounting, and construction teams. This is a hands-on role with exposure to senior leadership and a defined growth path.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, AI, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; internships and substantial academic or personal projects will be considered.
• A portfolio or examples of AI solutions you have built.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and system integration.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Copilot) and with LLM tools such as Claude.
• Understanding of data quality, privacy, cybersecurity, and governance principles.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
• Sound judgment and a realistic understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI.

Nice to have: Power BI, Azure Machine Learning, or Microsoft Fabric experience.

What You'll Do

• Build AI workflows, integrations, and reusable components based on business requirements from brokerage, property management, accounting, and construction.
• Work within our technology platform: Claude, Microsoft 365 / Copilot, Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, and Yardi.
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and tuning of solutions in production.
• Maintain data pipelines and system integrations; monitor data quality and model performance.
• Work within our security, data governance, and compliance standards (Entra ID, Purview, Intune, Defender).
• Develop onboarding materials, user guides, and documentation to support adoption.
• Gather user feedback after deployment and implement improvements.
