Working within established processes and quality controls, the role assists with creative uploads, platform configuration, tracking validation, launch QA, reporting, and issue escalation.

This role is designed for an early-career digital advertising professional who already has practical exposure to ad operations, programmatic advertising, or digital marketing and is ready to develop deeper expertise in ad serving, DSP workflows, web and mobile tracking, MMPs, and technical troubleshooting.

Main responsibilities

  • Creative Trafficking Support: Upload and configure standard display, video, native, HTML5, audio, or third-party creative assets in the proprietary ad server and supported DSPs under defined procedures.
  • Creative and Launch QA: Validate dimensions, file specs, click-through URLs, landing pages, naming, previews, tracking details, and platform approval status using established checklists.
  • Tracking Support: Assist with implementation and validation of pixels, conversion tags, click tracking, attribution parameters, and related data-capture requirements.
  • DSP Operations Support: Complete standard creative workflows in Demand-side Platforms such as DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Moloco, AppLovin, or similar and escalate platform-specific issues.
  • MMP Support: Assist with routine links, events, and attribution checks involving AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular, Adjust, or similar mobile measurement platforms.
  • Campaign Monitoring and Reporting: Run standard reports, check delivery and core campaign metrics, organize findings, and flag discrepancies or implementation risks.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve common creative, approval, click, tracking, and reporting issues using documented troubleshooting steps and escalate situations requiring deeper technical analysis.

Additional tasks

  • Support routine testing of creatives, third-party tags, landing pages, tracking configurations, and attribution links.
  • Coordinate with team members to collect missing assets, specifications, URLs, tags, and approvals.
  • Participate in team training, shadowing, cross-coverage, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Develop proficiency in ad servers, DSPs, MMPs, browser tools, tracking, and campaign troubleshooting.
  • Foundational understanding of digital advertising and programmatic concepts, including campaigns, creatives, impressions, clicks, conversions, targeting, tracking, and reporting.

Required skills and competencies

  • Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Practical familiarity with an ad server such as CM360 or another advertising platform, with the ability to learn proprietary workflows quickly.
  • Basic understanding of DSPs and how creative assets are associated with campaign structures.
  • Basic understanding of web and mobile environments, including URLs, pixels, cookies, landing pages, HTML concepts, SDKs, and tracking links.
  • Familiarity with MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular, Adjust, or similar is highly valuable.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, structured data, checklists, tickets, and repetitive quality-control tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to following documented procedures.
  • Basic analytical, critical-thinking, and troubleshooting ability, with good judgment about when to escalate.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.

Experience Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in advertising operations, programmatic advertising, campaign support, media operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Practical exposure to an ad server such as CM360, a DSP, or another digital advertising platform is required.
  • Experience uploading creatives, validating click-through URLs, generating previews, running reports, performing QA, or monitoring campaign delivery is preferred.
  • Exposure to DSPs such as DV360, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, Moloco, AppLovin, or similar is valuable.
  • Exposure to MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular, Adjust, or similar is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic reporting or data organization is required.
  • Exposure to Google Tag Manager, browser developer tools, HTML, mobile app tracking, tracking pixels, or attribution links is desirable.
  • Experience in a media agency, programmatic team, ad technology company, publisher, or digital marketing organization is preferred.
