THE OPPORTUNITY An established engine rebuilding business in Putfontein, Benoni, is looking for an organised and reliable Junior Administrator to join its team on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly — from calls and emails to quotations, invoicing and job cards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE • Answer incoming calls and emails professionally • Filing and accurate data capturing • Assist with quotations and invoicing • Update job cards and timesheets • Follow up with customers and suppliers Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Matric (Grade 12) • Previous experience in a similar administrative role (2-3 Years minimum) • Computer literate, with basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills • Available to start immediately THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You are friendly and professional on the phone, well organised, accurate with data and comfortable juggling day-to-day office tasks in a busy workshop environment. Experience in a workshop, automotive or engineering setting will be an advantage.
