Responsibilities
Support the Service Department in daily administrative activities
Process and maintain service contracts and customer records
Handle service orders and related documentation
Prepare basic reports and administrative documents
Cooperate with internal teams and external partners
Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements
University degree or equivalent
Up to 3 years of experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with documentation and data
Good communication and teamwork skills
English language skills are an advantage
