This position is offered under a “Contrato formativo para la práctica profesional”, designed for recent graduates to gain hands-on professional experience aligned with their academic background while developing their skills within a structured environment.

Responsabilidades

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Commercial team, ensuring accurate execution of processes and smooth coordination with Customer Service, while receiving guidance and training as part of their professional development.

Responsibilities:

The selected individual will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Support daily administrative coordination between the Commercial and Customer Service teams
  • Manage and follow up on orders, deliveries, backorders, consignment inventory and Walking Implants
  • Ensure proper order processing and help resolve administrative or logistical issues related to deliveries and stock
  • Maintain and update customer data in internal systems (contacts, shipping addresses, contract references)
  • Prepare and update administrative reports (consignment stock, order tracking, basic KPIs)
  • Handle administrative communication with customers (orders, deliveries, documentation), escalating commercial matters when needed
  • Support documentation management (contracts, forms and internal records)
  • Provide general administrative support to the Commercial team

Calificaciones

  • Education: Degree or vocational training (FP – Grado Medio or Superior) in Administration, Business or similar.
  • Eligibility for training contract:
    • Candidates must have completed their studies within the last 3 years (or 5 years in case of disability).
    • The role must be related to their field of study.
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and good level of English.
  • Skills

    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
    • Ability to follow processes accurately and manage repetitive tasks
    • Structured, reliable and methodical way of working
    • Clear and professional communication skills
