About the Role

This full-time role is the perfect opportunity for a recent school graduate or junior administrator motivated to advance their career in Finance. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with processing invoices and payments
• Following up with customers on outstanding payments in a courteous and professional manner
• General administrative support.
• Providing assistance to Accounts Receivable, including supporting month-end reporting and other finance tasks as required
• Telephone and email communication with customers and suppliers.
• Document collation, scanning, and filing.

• Accurate and efficient data entry skills.

• Sound mathematical skills.
• Good computer knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Motivation, positive and professional attitude, and ability to follow instructions, processes and procedures.
• Ability to work safely and take personal responsibility.
• Experience in administration or finance - highly regarded but definitely not essential.
