Mission Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Accounts Payable Officer for a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will manage and process documents within the supplier accounting department, handle the common mailbox, and follow up on payment reminders and supplier inquiries. You will also prepare monthly reports related to outstanding accounts, reconciliations, and accounts receivable from suppliers, as well as prepare and execute supplier payments. All responsibilities will be carried out under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process documents within the supplier accounting.
• Handle the common mailbox and follow up on payment reminders and supplier inquiries.
• Prepare monthly reports regarding outstanding accounts, reconciliations, and accounts receivable from suppliers.
• Prepare and execute supplier payments.
• Ensure correct processing and follow-up of accounting files according to applicable procedures.
• Work with accounting packages Onea and Venice.
• Actively participate in training and knowledge building regarding Onea and Venice.

Profile Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of Belgian accounting standards (BE GAAP).
• Knowledge of VAT regulations is a plus.
• Experience with or interest in accounting software such as Onea and Venice.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
