Your Role

  • Act as the trusted financial steward and primary point of contact for the CFOs of assigned legal entities.
  • Own the end-to-end preparation and integrity of financial statements for multiple legal entities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and Group Guidelines.
  • Lead month-end closing activities and prepare, review, and validate accounting reports and financial analyses.
  • Coordinate financial and tax audits, working closely with centralized accounting departments and Group Functions such as Tax and Treasury.
  • Communicate financial developments to key stakeholders, proactively identify irregularities, and provide well-reasoned solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process excellence, and transition or transformation initiatives across accounting processes.
  • Monitor changes in tax and accounting legislation and implement the required process adaptations.
  • Develop training materials, mentor colleagues, and contribute to improving the quality, efficiency, and reliability of finance processes.

Who You Are

  • You bring a solid foundation in accounting and financial reporting, combined with the analytical mindset and collaborative spirit to thrive in a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • You have 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting, financial reporting, or a comparable finance role.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in a comparable role. CA/CWA qualification is preferred.
  • Solid experience in financial accounting, including month end closing, preparation of financial statements, and reconciliation processes in accordance with IFRS or local accounting standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve accounting irregularities, apply sound judgment in complex situations, and deliver accurate, timely outputs independently.
  • Experience coordinating or participating in internal and external audits, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements and internal control frameworks.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders, including finance leadership, and to manage multiple priorities in a structured and organized manner.
  • A proactive approach to process improvement, with experience contributing to or leading efficiency initiatives, writing or updating procedures, and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
  • Proficiency in AI and machine learning tools and an understanding of how artificial intelligence can be applied responsibly in finance, including awareness of ethical considerations such as bias, data privacy, and governance, to support informed, accountable decision making.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage in our internationally connected environment.
