As Europe’s leading online platform for the automotive aftermarket, AUTODOC continues to experience dynamic growth and international expansion. To support this momentum and maintain financial excellence, we are continuing to enhance our internal accounting processes, upgrade our digital infrastructure and integrate advanced automation and AI solutions into our financial workflows.

As such, we are hiring a Junior Accountant/Invoice Verification Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our supporting Accounting team in Ukraine.

In this role, you monitor, review and post incoming invoices and primary accounting documents in SAP along our Purchase to Pay (P2P) process. You perform regular vendor account reconciliations, support month-end closing activities and contribute to year-end audits In addition to acting as a contact for vendors, you collaborate closely with internal departments, including teams across Logistics, Procurement and IT. You also actively participate in forward-thinking automation and AI projects aimed at optimizing our P2P workflows.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor the receipt of incoming invoices and primary accounting documents in SAP.
• Review and post incoming invoices.
• Perform monthly vendor account reconciliations.
• Communicate with suppliers and collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Invoice Verification teams in Logistics, Procurement, or IT).
• Support month-end closing activities and year-end audit.
• Participate in automatization and AI projects.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Education: Successfully completed degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a completed vocational training adjacent to Accounting.
• Specialization: Strong interest in Accounting (particularly Accounts Payable). Prior entry-level working experience in Finance, relevant completed internships, or initial professional experience in Accounting or Procurement work is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Basic to good experience working with ERP systems, most notably SAP (S/4HANA or VIM) is a strong advantage.
• Mindset: Affinity for numbers, a highly structured and detail-oriented way of working, and the ability to reliably meet deadlines.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (at least B2 level) to collaborate both internally and externally is a must; German and/or Russian/Ukrainian language skills are a plus.
